When cooking multiple pizzas in a row the first one cooks great, but once I remove the first pizza the temperature drops a couple hundred degrees and then takes about 5-10... It is worth the money. It is worth all the friends and family time we spend cooking together. Friday night has become pizza night because we can both have our ooni inside or outside. Love it! We’re still learning and trying to get the temperature just right, but I’m confident we’ll master the technique.
I use my vacuum to remove the cornmeal and end up removing the stone to clean.

I’m getting excellent results with my Ooni volt oven. Pizza comes out perfect. I like being able to adjust the top and bottom heat automatically. Slightly bigger than I expected but worked great! I was worried about it getting hit on the exterior but that was not the case at all. The reviews were compelling enough for me to give this a try and its delivered on its promise. I had a propane powered Gozney oven (that was stolen) and this provides the same level of heat but with much less effort required.
