This device is very cool for laptops connectivity and multiple screens. The only issue I have with my Lenovo Carbon is that after 15min unused the screens go into sleep mode and cannot bring them back online. Simplified the AV cabling and connection in a boardroom. Connections to the myriad of AV equipment were complex and unsightly, now we have just one cable to plug into the host laptop which also charges. Could not be easier.

Worked well for the first 3 months, then the monitors started flickering and disconnecting constantly. Seems to be a power issue even though I only have 2 monitors connected to it.
