We used the Capture to mount a Sony a6000 to a backpack strap during a recent 9 day backpacking trip. It was a secure, stable, lightweight platform and was the best way to carry a camera in an accessible way that I have experienced on a wilderness expedition. I like the functionality of this and am happy with the product. The plate once locked has the slightest play/wiggle but is only noticeable if your OCD about things and pay really close attention to things.
