It needs the latest windows 11 64 bit codec pack installed.It don't play videos very well.I have comcast high speed cable for internet serfvice.

Great computer for the most part. The only real problem I have is that when copying files, it will come up with errors that the disk is full and cannot copy. I don't know why. Very troublesome.

Efficient layout - everything I need is right on the front. I plugged it in, and off it went speeding along on its little i5 Intel core (the reason I bought it, based on a glowing recommendation from my computer setup guy). Color me happy!

No issues so far after the 1st month. You can make your own judgement on Windows 11(there's been worse-Win 8). I would note that HP AI does not know what is on it's own motherboard.
