Works great not perfect but secure enough. Manfrotto MT190 XPRO4 Aluminum 4-Section Tripod with MHXPRO-BHQ2 XPRO Ball Head. I was unsure if this would work. It does. Works great! I bought this for use on both tripod and my capture clip. Seamless transition from one to the other, which is what I was hoping for. Works great, well made.

I've been using the Capture for 2-3 years now. The only thing that bothered me was that the standard plate could not be used in combination with my Manfrotto tripod. I recently bought the Dual Plate and this solved my 'problem'. It fits perfectly!

Amazing Item Love this item when i purchased it..it makes my life as a filmmaker easier...i have both manfrotto quick release plate and arca swiss release plate and this dual plate will work for both..i purchased a couple of them and im loving it..

I have this product on all my cameras! I have two tripods and frequently use other studio tripods so having a dual plate that is compatible with Arca Swiss and Manfrotto is crucial! Heartily recommended!

A must if you use manfrotto tripods You need to use this version of clip if you are swopping between Capture clip & Manfrotto tripod s certainly cheaper than swopping bullheads

Works great in the Capture if it's on a shoulder strap. Can be tricky to locate in to the Manfrotto head - there's some movement before you can get it locked in the right place. Once it's locked in it seems to be ok.

Amazingly, this is much easier to use on my Manfrotto tripod than the original Manfrotto plate, which was stiff. This must be fractionally smaller (but still totally solid) which makes using it a breeze.

Saved me money I couldn't find the sling of my old analog Mamiya m645 with their own unique connecting points. So I could use this together with the peak design anchor points with my own modern slings. Which is way cheaper than to get a specific vintage sling.
