Have used it much more than my old one and have not had a failure yet. Joints of meat chickens etc come out lovely and tender every time. So easy to use and reliable, geat for making healthy meals. Love this machine.

Excellent Slow Cooker and the timer function is a boon. BUT, it's let down by a poor quality knob on the lid. Ours disintegrated just out of guarantee and a new lid is £19. So it's off to Lakeland for a new one of theirs for just£5 more than Crockpot's crock lid!
