The actual flossing process seems to work good, but this is the messiest thing I've ever used. As soon as I put the tank (with water in it) on the base, water starts leaking out of the tank, running down over the on/off switch as the power setting knob. I've used the Waterpik for years, including the pikpocket head. My gums are great because of it. My Waterpik got so old that I had to purchase a brand new one recently. It was reasonably priced. Very simple to use. The Water Pic rids your mouth of all the trapped particles that accumulate during normal eating or snacking. I always used those plastic picks to get between my teeth but they require a lot of searching and poking. The Water Pic cleans out your mouth, much better than Mom...
