I bought this to upgrade a previous HP laptop that wasn’t windows 11 compatible. It worked fine until the first time I used the battery. When flat it would not charge, ran diagnostics which said battery was at fault. Tried to contact HP support which proved very difficult. I then tried rebooting and...

Picture quality is excellent on a decent sized screen. Keyboard is comfortable to use. Not something I want to carry around every day, but definitely more lighter and more portable than my old laptop. Good battery life.
