Black Ink - only about 70% full Ink quality is fine. But the cartridge was only about 70% full. Contacting HP to rectify but getting the run-around.

I would like a free replacement. I ordered this black ink cartridge, 62 and the printer says it is not compatible with my printer. Nothing was said about compatibility with this cartridge. I now need a replacement that fits my all in one Envy Photo 7855.

More Ink please I’m glad you had this ink cartridge in stock this time. I Prefer this over the non HP brands. As the black ink from the HP cartridge seems to be a bit more precise and clear. HP Ink (black) Review HP Ink is great - just what my HP printer likes! Good density of color (black) and lasts pretty good. However, price is exorbitant, but this is the only game in town.

Thumbs up for HP ink I have an HP Printer (Envy 5660) and find it very convenient to use their ink service - the cartridges arrive promptly and they work well. This is good quality black ink and I recommend it for your use too.
