Excellent coffee machine let down by build quality Coffee machine performs better than expected. Build quality is disappointing. Cup tray does not fit as well as it should and when the machine was received one plastic side panel was not fitted properly.

Easy to use [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product and very easy to use, milk on each selection makes a perfect cuppa, only down fall is the heat! It’s just not hot enough resulting is to having to heat the cup up before use.
