This barbeque cooks really well and gets up to a good heat and retains it for the cooking duration. Lumpwood produces the most heat. 47cm is big enough for us, but you may want to go bigger for a larger family. So far, we have barbequed a whole chicken and a joint if lamb, both cooked perfectly.
