fonctionne a merveille grille de fonte de bonne épaisseur, je la monte a 500 degré pendant 5 a 6 min et elle donne de belle marque sur tout ce que je cuit. conserve sa chaleur.

Great additional tool for searing I have only used this tool once but it worked beautifully searing perfectly a large fillet of Ahi ( Yellow fin Tuna). I sprayed the grate with a non stick spray before using it and the fish did not stick as I turned it over. I will try meat on the next use. Based ...

Good Thing! I've used cast iron grates in the past. I enjoy this system is integrated into the weber system. I've cooked about 4x with it now and it produces good grilling marks. I enjoy it and recommend it.

Best searing station yet. Just used these for searing some pork chops and steaks and they turned out phenomenal, I used my Vortex under the sear station and it created an inferno of heat. Very well built with some heft to them.

Sear grate Very well made. Just need to make sure you use enough fuel to get it hot enough for sear marks. Overall I'm very happy with it and look forward to using it in the future

Effective Sear Grate Great sear grate. Coupled with a vortex, perfect sear marks. Careful not to drop it or the tabs that hold it into the GBS will break off.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Steaks sehen super damit aus, die Branding Kruste schmeckt einfach sehr gut. Ich verwende ihn nicht nur für Steaks sondern auch für zum Beispiel Kotelett und Hähnchenschenkel. Die Gäste sind immer begeistert.
