Una meraviglia per il relax e lo stress. Sono entusiasta degli SmartGoggles 2 di Therabody. Da quando li uso, ho notato una significativa riduzione del mal di testa e dello stress accumulato durante la giornata. Sono perfetti per rilassare gli occhi dopo aver trascorso molte ore davanti a uno scherm... Vantaggi
- Ciò che apprezzo di più è la possibilità di personalizzare l'esperienza tramite l'app, dove è possibile scegliere diverse modalità di rilassamento e suoni, oltre ai tre preconfigurati. Sono incredibilmente silenziosi, il che li distingue dalle altre opzioni sul mercato.
Svantaggi
- Per fare un esempio... È vero che il prezzo è più alto, ma l'offerta migliore l'ho trovata su PcComponentes, perché di solito sono molto competitivi.

Li indosso per rilassarmi dopo il lavoro e la sera per dormire. Potrebbero esserci altri fattori che contribuiscono, ma da quando ho iniziato a usare gli occhiali, mi addormento più velocemente e mi sveglio meno spesso di notte. Vantaggi
- È molto rilassante. Massaggia le tempie.
