Good product - I like the programmed therapy sessions [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Realy like this item, as it's small enough to take with me on trips. I have some small pain in my foot and hip, and the programmed regimens really have helped out. Glad I did this.

Great ball of thunder! Love it for my feet in particular. Bursitis and plantar fascial pain is common in golfers. This greatly recuces the stiffness and increases blood flow which is essential for healing
