Expensive cartridges There should be a loyalty scheme for recycling the cartridges so that we can have money off for buying new cartridges. Making it an incentive to care about the environment etc. Also the jugs need to be bagged t more durable and easier to clean.

Good product I bought this a couple of months ago. It does an excellent job of filtering the water and I then store the bottled filtered water in the fridge ready for drinking. My only criticism is that the filter indicator is a little dim and it is sometimes hard to see when the filter element ...

Very happy with water jug I drink a lot of water so this was a great purchase. Fits in fridge door well. Its encouraged the grandchildren to drink more water.

Filtered water I’ve had the jug for about 6 months & I am very happy with its overall performance. The water tastes clear & pure. It’s easy to use & to periodically clean, I’d recommend this product.
