Great Customer Service The larger pitcher is perfect. I ordered the wrong size and CS replaced it quickly. They were great to work with.

At first look Seemingly ergonomic in use. However for greater sturdiness I would have prefered the lower handle being attached to the jug. Only time will know how this product holds up.

Great product. This stainless steel milk frothed is really good looking and works great! I use it to make cappuccino or “espresso macchiato caldo” ad it does the job really well. Easy to clean, seems very well built and solid.
