Spedizione e resiReturns:
Timeframe: 30 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise.
Products: All products that, by their nature, allow for return may be returned, provided they are in perfect condition and with all accessories in their original packaging. Upon receipt, the product will be inspected, and if any of the conditions are not met, we will contact you. We reserve the right of withdrawal. If everything is correct, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used in the purchase process.
- Returns of personal hygiene products are not accepted if they have been opened.
- Unsealed software.
- Clearly personalized items.
- Services already rendered or associated with services that have been used or have expired.
Refund: The refund will be issued to the card used for the order payment within approximately 72 hours.
The order amount and shipping costs will be refunded, or the proportional amount if multiple units were purchased in the same shipment.
Shipping: These are the ways you can send us the product for review:
