Beautiful pork roast everytime! This pot is the perfect shape and size for a large roast or whole chicken. The continuous basting lid keeps everything nice and moist so nothing dries out during the cooking process. This shape is very versitile.

Amazing quality, everything I prepare turns out beautifully. The 7 quart capacity is great for larger portions and the fact that it's an oval allows longer cuts of meat to feel more roomy inside. The pot heats up evenly even on a round burner.

Best gift ever I absolutely love this piece. I have wanted it for years and we finally splurged and got it for my birthday. I have used it twice and it does not disappoint. Not only does it cook beautifully but it’s a gorgeous addition to my kitchen.

This extremely durable oval cocotte is a great addition to your kitchen! It fits so many things in here from a full pork loin, to a chicken, or stews. It slows cooks with perfection and I love that this piece looks like a traditional cast iron, but it enameled and does not have to be seasoned.
