No complaints what so ever! I am in love with the Otter. This along with my K2 Plus has improved my creative skills dramatically. It saves hours of measuring items with micrometers and makes the design phase way more efficient.

Great scanner for the price. As with most scanners I imagine there is a learning curve. after a couple attempts on different items I was able to get a great quality scan. Scaled it down and printed a keychain version of it to see how the detail came through. For the price point the scanner is quit...

Otter Scanner easy to use even for beginner I was pleasently surprised how easy it was to scan the owl and print it out. From unboxing to printing an almost exact duplicate in under 2 hours.

How do you scan with this? I have tried everything to scan my item. It says it got a good scan, but I don't recognize the object it supposedly scanned.

Well I received my otter 4-17-24 and after installing the software it said I needed to update the firmware for the scanner but it would give no option for the firmware. So it would not do any scanning till the firmware was updated. And there is no firmware to be found whatsoever for the otter. I ...
