New 8120e scanner/printer Fast multi function printer. Print function was easy to set up, scanning less so. I'm using HP Smart to access scanning. Each time I set up direct scanning communication the printer looses it after reboot of computer.

SO BAD HP was a good company before employing the "bad female agents" based in Egypt especially someone called Mariam Ali. I said "bad female agents " out of politeness. I am not used to nasty language.

It Works but slowly This is a slow printer. The duplex scanning is manually done which is aggravating. The auto feed of documents is really picky. Sometimes it works well, sometimes it doesn't.

leggero passo indietro Ho acquistato questa stampante per sostituire la mia vecchia officejet 5740. Ad una prima occhiata la stampante risulta ben costruita e bella esteticamente. Gute Qualität und Bedienung Gutes Produkt, die Installation ist simpel, die Qualität ist gut. Die Mail-Anbindung für gescannte Dokumenten könnte einfacher gestaltet werden. Die gescannten Dokumenten haben eine zu lange Wartezeit bis zur Mail-Sendung.

No complaints I haven't had any major issues with the printer. The only minor issue is that sometimes when I print it will pull two sheets through printing process instead of one.
