Easy to set up,, easy to use Was hesitant about the tank option for ink, but I am so glad I decided to go with it. This printer has proven much easier to set-up And use than any other printer i have had.

It will be on sleep/standby, and the next morning, it will be all lit up and blinking again. This new printer was a replac...

Good & bad points It's a good printer with only one drawback. The screen is very poor and it would rate a 10/10 if this was better.

REPLACEMENT This was our replacement to the original we had bought. By far the worst. It freezes when using the scanner, paper gets jammed.

No (or minimal) direct user interface on the printer. Limited options available at the printer. The print quality/speed is good. More actual user interface at the printer would be better. Unhappy Automatic Feeder has never worked properly. Every time a new print job or copy is initiated the top carriage has to be lifted in order to wake up the machine. Have had numerous HP printers and this one by far is the worse!!

This is a good printer One of the top printer, easy and relabel. Except: The big problem is lifting or closing the cover, the one inch feeder flap hooks in at the rear of the printer and creates a big and very loud bang every time! when opened or closing. Had the printer replaced after a week, but...

Printer is nice when I can get it to work… Purchased this printer for use with my work laptop, however it is constantly in an error state and unable to print. It will print fine for short bursts and then require computer restarts to function again. Sometimes I am unable to get the printer to work ...

Very happy with the printer Purchased 3 weeks ago and very happy - if the ink lasts 3 years then it will prove very low cost per page.

Reasonably good unit, quite complicated to set up initially Good quality of print. Goes through so many clicks and noises and take some time before it actually prints a document which can be frustrating as the delay is for some considerable time
