This chair beats out all of my previous chairs by far! I have had some top brand chairs, and none felt this comfortable, or solid right out of the box. SUPER easy to assemble! I mean, seriously, there is no challenge to the assembly what so ever. I love it!

I've had vertagear chairs for the last 7-8 years and they always seem to have superior build quality. My most recent one last about 2 years and had a weld break in the back rest which resulted in me buying another one

I received my chair less than 24 hours ago. I can't raise or lower the seat , I'm not sure if that has to do with the lever handles being difficult to slide all the way on. I have had my chair for a few days now and it is so comfortable I hope it keeps its integrity. The only thing I had a problem with was fitting some of the bolts in the back rest for the assembly other than that it was easy
