Es uno de los escáneres 3D con mejor relación prestaciones/precio para uso profesional y de consumo, especialmente si tu objetivo es ingeniería inversa, impresión 3D y piezas mecánicas. Sin embargo, no es un equipo para "apuntar y escanear", requiere práctica para obtener todo su potencial.

So far I’ve been really impressed with the quality I’ve gotten out of the raptor x without scan spray after going out on a limb and preordering. None of my scans have been done with scan spray despite some very shiny surfaces possibly benefitting from it. I believe the automerging could be slight...
