DOESN’T WORK Couldn’t get pass the mapping of my house which is necessary before you can use it. Tried 3 different times but each time the LED screen would get stuck on the mapping hour glass. Called Dyson support who wanted to FaceTime & see the vacuum. They confirmed the issue & said I would ...

Disappointed Used for a couple weeks and returned it! It did not work for us. Does not go over rugs very well. Having to move it by hand constantly on transition from floor to rug. Sensors were terrible. Always getting stuck and going over the same area multiple times and not doing other areas at ...

Grandiose Saugkraft - tolles neues Dyson Produkt!

The Long Awaited Addition to my Dyson Family My household contains multiple Dyson products. But this was the long awaited product lineup missing that I had been waiting for. And it certainly didn't disappoint - both in its functionality and intuitive app control. As with all Dyson products , it's ...

Really dumb smart product, not worth BF discount Seems to vacuum well, but it is dumb. It is not a smart vacuum. It goes through so much effort to scan the house but then creates a low res map it can't even follow. It is incapable of finding it's home station. It needs a serious lobotomy to be...

Disappointed Very Disappointed in how basic the Robot Vacuum is. It's often confused and misses out on many places, as it randomly moves and gets stuck in various locations without an apparent reason.
