pas satisfait du tout, pas net au niveau des détails concernant l'article, manque de matériel, pas de lecteur CD, trop cher pour ce que c'est !! pas pour rien si je l'ai retourné

Tropicalgirl16 I love my new laptop as it is such an improvement over my old one. Much faster and a larger screen. The only downside is that when I tap the mouse area it doesn't always take and I have to tap it again. Is that normal?

more care should have been taken with recommendation. advice re charger etc customer was 80 year old needing help and advice, sadly lacking. complaint dismissed as customer errors

Acquis pour du montage vidéo, je ne l'ai pas encore équipé du logiciel ad hoc. Jusque là, satisfait. Toutefois, mais c'est manifestement la mode maintenant, je trouve qu'il n'y a pas assez de ports, ce qui m'oblige à m'équiper de duplicateur et autre USB vers USB C et réciproquement. Deux ports US...

OmniBook Disappointed that the keyboard is not backlit. The screen sharpness is poor. I hate how the mouse pad is unresponsive. I have owned 6 different HP computers; this will be the last one. I'll try Dell for my next one. On the other hand, transfer and setup were simple.

Great Product This is a well manufactured quality unit. One improvement I recommend is the availability of more than one operating system. This could be an even better computer with Trixie Debian Linux operating system pre-installed. Good luck! 😃😃😃😃
