Serious downgrade To be honest, the only thing I like is that it’s more compact. I went from the officejet pro series (after it randomly stopped working when I replaced ink) to this one and it’s been rough. It randomly disconnects from my WiFi and takes a chunk of time to reconnect each times, the...

I hate it This is like the third time I have left a review. No one really cares what I think. This is borderline harassment. I hate it, I hate it , I hate it. I may never buy from this company again. That is how much I hate this printer.

Free ink and printing performance You are offering three months of free ink but I'm still getting charged for the subscription. I expect one refund or no charge equivalent. The printing is coming out too slow at times. I wasn't able to print in 3" x 5" CARDS
