Cheap Hardware I had these headphones for less than 2 years before they just completely became functionless. All because a tiny plastic hinge that attaches the ear cup to the headband just cracked into pieces randomly. They will not replace they piece even though it seems like an easy fix and none...

Defective!!! I bought these less than 1 year ago and they won't shut off. I reset them, updated the firmware and same issue. I have read multiple similar issues on the internet. This is a known problem with these headphones and JBL is doing nothing to correct this issue. They should replace them a...

Not great. Bluetooth issues... 1st pair had problems with the volume buttons - sent back. 2nd pair turns on by itself ?!... and sound signal is interrupted (bluetooth conn. with the PC). I have no issues with the service though, always on point.

This causes the audio to pause and a very annoying beep plays over and over again because the ANC toggles on and off nonstop. Do not buy th...

These ain't it. Destroyed in under 4 months. Worked awesomely and I LOVED these for almost 4 months, but deteriorated SO much within the past week from nothing but normal wear + tear. There were so many problems so suddenly--different, painful noises in both ears, issues with noise canceling, issu...

Garbage build quality The following is a review which matches my experience with these headphones and customer service EXACTLY. Clearly the hinges are known points of failure. “ I've owned two pairs of these, and both suffered the same design flaws. The hinge that connects the hearcups to the he...

Terrible terrible product. I am a customer support engineer and I bought this device with the hope of using it for work but it resulted in my worst customer experience rating in my entire career that I almost lost my job. The sound but in my opinion the design is lame. Even when I'm listening to m...

Sehr schwache Leistung!
