Scanning Difficulties Set up instructions for scanning are weak. Assumed using control panel to scan is the best practice, but after over an hour with HP helpdesk I learned you have to scan from your computer if you want to ensure best results.

Excellent Printer Works well. Easy to set up. Love that it does double sided copying and scanning which so few printers can manage these days - being only good for double sided printing. Just like my old 8600 series! Very satisfied.

Excellent colour & B&W printer. It is a good replacement for my previous HP printer which lasted 10 years. It does excellent scanning and copying as well. Makes life easy.
