This replaced the version 1 instinct. A lot of nice features way easier to read. The only thing I do not like is it goes dark and then when you look at it is supposed to light back up. Got my watch a few weeks ago , got a friend to help me set it up, he showed me that I could do it all on my phone through Harmon connect and it was a game changer. I've had this watch for approximately 4 weeks. I replaced an Apple Watch gen 3, and man what an upgrade. After first charging I had 18 days of battery, that will be very helpful in the mountains come September. This watch is extremely customizable. I guarantee there's functions hidden on here I stil... This is my second Instinct. The improvements from the original watch are night and day. The battery life is incredible. Even using the GPS it lasts as advertised. I've had this watch for a good 4 months now and I'm loving it. It's been a great companion on long hikes as I don't ever have to worry if the battery will die out, instant glance I can see my pace, time, how far I've hiked, and my heart rate.
