Ho usato il prodotto stesso una volta e, in linea di principio, funziona bene. Il mio commento riguarda l'ordine e il suo costo. Nella pagina prodotto indica che per acquisti superiori a 25€ la spedizione è gratuita e mi addebiti 5,5€. Penso che non si applichi. Aspetto il tuo ritorno

Prodotto consigliato da DeLonghi per la manutenzione della caffettiera. Dipende dal tipo di acqua utilizzata, richiede un uso più continuativo, ma mantiene la caffettiera libera da aloni bianchi di calcare.

The descaler works so well that it will descale all the items in the box that it comes with. The directions are hard to read though and could be improved. The instructions leave a lot to be desired and I honestly expected better. They refer you to the product manual which, after I dug it out, didn't have the info I needed for the water proportion. I should have listened to the reviews who recommended buying this in person only. Box arrived completely trashed and product inside was leaking and damaged. The company clearly has a track record of not securing this product sufficiently for the mail.

None better for descaling my delonghi dedica! Whats lucky for me is the dedica flashes lights at me when it needs descaling something my other machines didn’t do which makes for really #%^*+ coffee! Always good to be reminded!
