Works just as good as our 4 qt Staub No Complaints, works fine. Have had 4-qt model for years, and needed larger 7-qt size for Vegetarian dish for 6. Worked excellent as expected.

The Best Dutch oven I like that its black enamel inside so when I cook tomato base dish, I dont have to worry about the stain on the inside which it happen a lot with lighter color enamel.
