Poor battery life and support I have used this product for the past 4 years. It doesn't not give 180 days of battery life in any settings. I have noticed the battery life deplaeating and changed my settings to disable motion sensing and only used for doorbell only but the battery started to loose ...

Checked WHICH and agree! Excellent doorbell! Have front and back doors (+ 2 Cameras and Homebase) and VERY PLEASED. Very good online support helped install it myself. Good savings and discounted too.
