Generally works well. Generally it works well. However, playing back videos just takes too long as the decrypting process is rather slow. It also takes too long to pull up events and even fails more often than not.

Poor battery life and support I have used this product for the past 4 years. It doesn't not give 180 days of battery life in any settings. Checked WHICH and agree! Excellent doorbell! Have front and back doors (+ 2 Cameras and Homebase) and VERY PLEASED. Very good online support helped install it myself. Good savings and discounted too.
