The milk frother on this machine is useless, sometimes takes 3 goes to get milk instead of steam and hot water. Have already sent it back for repair once, worked for a couple of weeks but started doing same. Really disappointed

Not so great This machine doesn’t seem to be working right at all. It has been descaled twice within a two week period, it doesn’t fill cups at all, overheats (flashing lights) if you want to make a second cup. Is there something we are missing?

think we got a dud think we got a dud...water and coffee leaking at inappropriate times,same button making different size coffees one after another!!!!milk battling to make it through frother....in short the machine we just replaced was doing a better job after 4 years use than this one brand new...
