Good data, a bit inconsistent to upload. Produces great information on sleep history/data but is a bit inconsistent on uploads and accuracy. But it’s better then nothing and much better than wearing a watch to sleep.

Comfort I bought this because I dont like the. feeling of sleeping with a watch. also do not want a rash on my wrist and so far just getting used to the comfort of it. I like it, metrics are great, not sure how accurate they are compared to a watch

Index sleep band did not work Set up according to package directions. Synced with Garmin Connect app. Wore the band for two nights as directed. Zero sleep data was recorded. Comfortable! Love my new Garmin Index. It's so comfortable you forget you are wearing it. The data appears far more sensitive as it's a dedicated device doing one job. Easy to use which is also a huge plus and easy to set up.

Only worked one night I had no problem syncing it the first time and wore it that night and it was comfortable and it gave me readings, the second night nothing. I tried to resync it and was not able to get it to sync so I sent it back.
