Love the ability to remove the neck strap if needed. Comfortable and they actually FIT my ears. I like the buttons instead of touch controls. Wish there was a case for the strap when not using it

No charger This came without the branded box and without a charger. Which was not explicitly stated in the description. Now I have to deal with the hassle of a return. Will choose a different brand going forward.
