Great Sound I only took away one star because these ear buds does not let you know who's calling or texting. You still have to look at your phone before you answer it. Had I known this, it would've swayed my decision. Other than that they sound great!

under delivering I bought these to wear while I run and bike. I think the sound quality is good and they are very comfortable to wear. Unfortunately there is some issue with the bluletooth connection so they keep disconnecting and reconnecting to my phone at random times totally disrupting the lis...

charging issue I love the comfort and the sound but a few times only one seems to charge. I guess they need to be seated properly in the case? seems weird and kind of dissappointing.

Comfortable but hard to control The sound is okay. I appreciate the comfort and lack of stuff in my ear canal. The start/stop controls are odd - laggy to respond - one side never seems to recognize double tap, even though i have them set to the same thing. The volume is kind of low.

Good but could be better I like open dots one but the controls are a little hard to get the hang of. Plus I wear gloves for work and I can't use my gloves to control the open dots one

Shokz open dots These things are awesome! I can listen to music while I work and still help customers and team members out without taking them off. Call and voice clarity are great. I usually only wear one while at work and it last all day. But together, music sounds great! And you can't even tell...

Beautiful color I bought the red color and I am absolutely in love with the fit and the sound quality. It also doesn’t get in the way of my piercings. Wish the sound control and the touch option was better. I still need to use my phone to navigate volume and music options. If you don’t care abou...

Great for multiple piercings! I have multiple ear piercings and they make using earbuds of any kind impossible to use. I have previously been using a bone conducting headset but it had also become uncomfortable with the piercings. I was skeptical about these but they are Exactly what I needed! Th...
