This product is great, every feature just fine. My issue is with the charging cord sent with it, which is USB C on both ends. Latest and greatest I suppose, but of little value what you have no charger adapter for it. So, the product is great, until it needs charging, then it is useless until I go b... I purchased my headphones two years ago. I use everyday and they still work like new. My sister tried them and loved them so I bought her a pair for Christmas and she can't stop talking about them. I am on the road every day going to different sites and on the phone a lot. I can wear this headset all day, I forget I have it on. People say they hear me fine even with the car windows open and the sound quality is great. It is much better than any other devices I have used over the years.
