Every time I use these ear buds, they lose blue tooth connectivity. Comparatively, my other Bose ear buds (which I purchased a few years ago) run uninterrupted from Bluetooth connectivity. They are TOO Big for my ears and they hurt! I called and was told that they would send OUT a kit to fix this Problem!!!!!! Two weeks and NO Kit!!! then the kit doesn’t come in the color I had ordered how dumb! I can say that Bose does not have a good service base or web site. Will KEEP MY BOSE ... The sound is great. The tap feature works wonderfully. They do fit a little to tight in my ear if I wear them too long it does hurt. I think i have average size ears so not sure how to resolve that. Overall way better then the pair I came from. Recensione pubblicata originariamente su BoseT
