Frustrated Worse computer I've ever had from HP. File Explorer keeps freezing up and spent four hours with the computer's Co-pilot try to solve and I'm worse off. Red Xs everywhere, files disappearing, just terrible. It's only a month old.

Good system but I have had problems The first few weeks the computer was flawless. High speed and sharp display was as good as I had ever seen on a system. Then two days ago the display went to black and whit. I tried to fix it but didn’t have any luck. I then restored the system and recovered...
