This is my fourth PT 5200 and been very satisfied until last winter. Seems like the 5200 doesnt like cold temperatures. Doesnt even need to be minus degrees. Easily connected to my pc, desk phone and mobile phone. Generally quite intuitive to set up.

I have been using the Voyager 5200 UC for over a year for 2 to 3 days a week wearing it for up to 10 hours working from home. It took a few weeks to get used to wearing the headset for extended periods and now I have no issues. I talk up to 2 hours a day [and on standby for up to 10 hours] so I only...
