I am extremely disappointed with both my HP printer and definitely the price of the toner cartridges which is inordinate and the short time they last!

High cost is a perpetual problem with toner. Cost per ounce is greater than gold. It would be nice if HP would include controls for toner lay-down density. Sometimes images are too black.
