Un grande Espresso deve iniziare dal buon uso delle sue manipolazioni. La pressatura è l'azione di pressare i fondi di caffè nel chicco nella tazza del filtro prima dell'estrazione. Quando ottieni la giusta pressione otterrai il miglior espresso possibile.

I migliori risultati si ottengono utilizzando il compressore del caffè calibrato De'Longhi per fornire la giusta pressione al filtro del caffè macinato. Base in acciaio inox con manico in legno naturale diametro 51mm adatta per macchine espresso a pompa.

Happy Tamper Such a small item, but what a big difference in my coffee. I purchased the Tamper to replace the cheap plasic one that came with my machine. I was shocked at the difference it made.
