I thought it did something different The cord still needs to be plugged in to work. I think what I'm looking for doesn't exsist. It works fine as long as it's plugged in.

Not as advertised I put in the exact number of the one that I was replacing with a 90 degree end and you send me a straight line and the box had a 90 degree end. Do better

Works fine [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well and quickly charges my hp spectre x2. So far sturdy prongs/plug in portion (have had other charge cords where the prongs get loose after a while). I have used it daily for 2 months.
