I bought this laptop in March of 2023. I paid the full price, which was 2899 euros. There was no discount offered by PCComponentes, even though this was the last available 2022 7i Pro model in Spain. You could not find it anywhere else, except MediaMarkt, which was actually selling the same product, from the same reseller, but for 100 euros more. When I initially added the laptop to the basked and tried to purchase it, PCComponentes was throwing in a backpack. https://www.pccomponentes.com/lenovo-legion-recon-mochila-gaming-hasta-156 I was having some issues with payment, as my bank was refusing the transaction, so I had to cancel the order and try again. When I canceled the order and re-added it, the backpack was gone, as the offer had misteriously expired. I opened a case with PCComponentes support, for the payment issues, initially, which were sorted, but I also asked about the backpack offer I got a call from them, telling me that the backpack offer had expired and they couldn't give it to me without paying for it, now. This, in my oppinion was not nice of them, as for a 2900 euros order, they should not have any issues throwing in a 60 euro backpack. Anyway. The laptop arrived quicky after I had placed the order and it was a beast. Very performant, very sturdy, felt premium to the touch and all other functionality. Unfortunately, one day in June, it suddenly turned off and would not turn on again. So it lasted from March until June. I am not an avid gamer. I played Far Cry 6 and CS:GO, so from a performance utilization stand point, the hardware was barely utilized. In any case, I had contacted Lenovo, as the laptop is in warranty for 3 years and I have purchased 3 years of ADP, as well. They ran me through some initial tests to see if I could eventually turn the laptop on, which all failed and they confirmed I need to send the laptop to their repair shop, which unfortunately is... C&G IT Solutions. Here, the real problems began, as I had sent the laptop on a Thursday, it arrived on Friday and on Monday, I had received confirmation from C&G IT Solutions that the product was on their work-bench. Lenovo said it should take between 5-7 days for the repair. 2 weeks pass and I hear nothing from Lenovo or C&G IT Solutions. I call them(both) and they can't tell me anything about the status. I call them again, every day and become increasingly nervous and they eventually tell me that a replacement motherboard had arrived but it was broken so they had to send it back and wait for a new one. Another week passes and I call them again. This Monday(10/07/2023), I get an update that the new motherboard had arrived and that in 2 days, it should be fixed and they will send it to me. On Wednesday, I get an update from Lenovo that C&G IT Solutions have put the repair on hold, without any explanations and that Lenovo would like to compensate me for the trouble. Meanwhile, I opened a case for a full refund with PCComponentes. They confirmed they can provide a refund, but that I need to provide them with the product, which is absolutely within reason. However, C&G IT Solutions have placed a hold on the product and won't release it. I suspect that when they do, based on other reviews of this company, the laptop will arrive in worse condition than I originally sent it. Horrendous experience. Great laptop. Too bad it broke. I probably won the silicon lottery.

De verdad estoy harto de este ordenador, desde que lo tengo no ha parado de darme problemas. Lo mando a reparar y le sale algo nuevo después. Hasta la polla estoy
