    Even after much troubleshooting, accessory tray was never recognized by the printer. Returned. This is the first time that I have ever had a HP accessory tray not work. I did not bother with ordering its replacement.

    I think it would have been a much better tray if it allowed for envelopes to be printed from it. I was very disappointed to find out that the tray that we had purchased did not have this function.
