Big improvement This is a huge inprovement in build quality over the 5200/5220! It is tighter, smoother, and works way better. I couldn't be happier

No announcing of specific caller. The unit works great. I just wish the old option of telling me who is calling instead of just announcing that you have a call.

Built well, but I would like a greater selection of ear pieces as there wasn’t one small enough for my ear, al...

The fit in the ear is a little loose and the Bluetooth can be spotty occasionally but works really well 90% of the time and is a small, lightweigh...
