The Qi charger is very fussy about how the phones sit on it. I have an Apple, my son has an Android, both have hard times getting it to charge.
Also, won’t charge when it was plugged in.

I bought this about a month ago(10,000 MAH). My gf took it to work. She ran maps, and other apps on it all day long. It not only fully charged her iphone, but kept her phone at 100%.
